Job Title : Software Engineer

Location – Johnston IA 501301

Duration – Contract For 1+ years

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, code, test, debug, and maintain software applications and systems.
• Support onboarding and implementation of new features within call center software platforms.
• Collaborate with business users and technical teams to gather and analyze requirements.
• Design and implement software enhancements to improve application performance, functionality, and user experience.
• Provide internal user support and troubleshoot application issues.
• Assist with application, server, and database maintenance activities.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, system configurations, and development artifacts.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Perform data analysis and generate reports as required.
• Follow software development best practices and coding standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Internship or project experience in software development preferred.
• Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
