About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Agentic Software Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in AI-assisted software development, particularly with Anthropic Claude Enterprise and Claude Code.

This position will work directly within the development environment, leveraging AI-powered coding tools to improve developer productivity, streamline engineering processes, and deliver high-quality software solutions.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned software engineer who is passionate about emerging AI technologies, comfortable working in an enterprise environment, and experienced in applying agentic coding tools to real-world software development challenges.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on senior software engineer who actively uses AI coding tools to build software, rather than someone focused primarily on AI strategy, organizational change management, or technical leadership.

This individual understands how to apply Claude and other agentic development tools to actual engineering challenges and is excited about incorporating AI into modern software development practices.

What You'll Do

AI-Assisted Software Development

• Utilize Claude Enterprise and Claude Code to accelerate software development, debugging, testing, and code optimization.
• Apply agentic AI coding tools to real-world engineering tasks and development projects.
• Integrate AI-assisted development practices into existing software engineering workflows.
• Leverage Claude to assist with code generation, refactoring, documentation, troubleshooting, and technical problem-solving.
• Identify opportunities to improve development efficiency through AI-powered automation.
• Evaluate and refine AI-generated code to ensure quality, security, maintainability, and performance.

Hands-On Engineering & Integration

• Work within established development environments, participating in sprint activities, technical discussions, code reviews, and development sessions.
• Develop, test, debug, and maintain software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
• Incorporate Claude Enterprise into existing development tools, IDEs, repositories, and engineering processes.
• Explore and implement Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations and agentic workflows where appropriate.
• Apply AI-assisted development techniques across the software development lifecycle.
• Document effective prompts, development patterns, and reusable AI-assisted workflows.

Responsible AI Development

• Follow enterprise security, governance, and responsible AI usage standards.
• Ensure AI-generated code meets established coding, testing, and security requirements.
• Apply best practices for data protection, intellectual property, confidentiality, and secure software development.
• Validate AI-assisted outputs through appropriate testing, code reviews, and quality assurance processes.

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

• Senior-level software engineering experience with a strong background in hands-on application development.
• Demonstrated experience using Claude, Claude Code, or similar agentic AI coding tools in professional software development.
• Strong proficiency in modern programming languages, software architecture, debugging, testing, and development best practices.
• Experience integrating AI-assisted coding tools into everyday engineering workflows.
• Practical understanding of agentic AI concepts, prompt engineering, and AI-driven development automation.
• Experience working within Agile development environments and established software delivery processes.
• Understanding of responsible AI development, secure coding, data handling, and code validation.
• Strong technical problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently on complex engineering challenges.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Anthropic Claude Enterprise and Claude Code.
• Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP), AI agents, and tool integrations.
• Experience integrating AI-assisted development tools into CI/CD pipelines and existing engineering platforms.
• Knowledge of LLM-based applications, agentic workflows, and AI-powered automation.
• Experience with multiple programming languages, frameworks, and cloud-based development environments.
• Previous experience working in enterprise or client-facing consulting environments.
