Build the AI Infrastructure Behind the Next Generation of Autonomous Agents

An exciting opportunity has opened with a well-funded, early-stage AI startup backed by leading venture capital investors. Having recently secured significant seed funding, the company is building autonomous AI agents that help businesses make smarter decisions through advanced machine learning, reasoning models, and large-scale data systems.

As one of the early engineering hires, you'll have the opportunity to shape the core AI platform from the ground up while working alongside an exceptional team with experience scaling world-class technology businesses.

What You'll Be Doing

• Design and build the core platform powering autonomous AI agents.

• Develop scalable ML infrastructure, data pipelines, and model serving systems.

• Build robust tools that enable AI agents to safely interact with external systems.

• Create customer-facing AI applications, including conversational interfaces.

• Partner with data scientists to build infrastructure for training, fine-tuning, and deploying cutting-edge reasoning models.

• Design systems with scalability, reliability, and long-term extensibility in mind.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years' experience in Machine Learning Engineering.

• Strong Python skills and experience writing production-quality code.

• Experience with ML platforms or machine learning model development.

• Product-minded engineer who enjoys solving ambiguous, complex problems.

• Experience building scalable distributed systems and cloud infrastructure.

• Exposure to technologies such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Kubernetes, MLflow, Spark, Airflow, LangGraph or similar tooling is highly desirable.
