Salary: Annual income ¥9,500,000 ~ ¥16,000,000
Work Location : Nishi-Shinjuku 6, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo, Japan

Duties and Responsibilities: - As a manager, you will be responsible for career management of the company's analysts to senior consultants, quality assurance of all PJs and teams, building relationships with major clients (general manager and general manager level), creation of new projects, PJ promotion, etc. In this position, you will be responsible for the following: ・DX promotion strategy, systemization plan formulation, survey analysis, RFP creation support, management rules (progress/quality/budget/documentation) formulation ・Business analysis (visualization of business, issue organization, policy planning, etc.), IT strategy concept formulation, system planning/conception, and project management support, Support for system implementation
Application Requirements:- Experience in development for more than 2 years, requirement definition, project management skills, and experience in large-scale projects (more than 100 million yen, more than several hundred man-months) ・Experience in promoting multiple projects of more than several dozen man-months in parallel at a business company, or PM experience in projects of more than several hundred man-months ・Experience in the same IT consulting firm or think tank for more than 3 years, and PM experience in projects Those with experience in DX strategy formulation, business reform, etc. at the team leader level or above.
